How to make Dry Veg Manchurian
Add finely chopped capsicum, carrot, cabbage, and a little salt, and keep it aside for half an hour. After the fixed time, squeeze out its water and add 3-4 spoons of corn flour to it. Add half a teaspoon of black pepper, red chili powder, garam masala, and 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste and mix them well. Now make small round balls from this mixture.
Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, put the balls in it and deep fry them. After that put some oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and green chilies and fry them.
