In this regard, the Income Tax Department has appealed by tweeting. It has been said in this tweet that PAN card holders should link their PAN with an Aadhaar card by 30 June 2023.
If you do not link by June 30, it will become invalid. For this, you will be fined 10 thousand. Earlier, the government has extended the deadline several times. But it has also been said that the deadline will not be extended. This can cause financial loss to you. Without a PAN card, you will not be able to file an income tax return.

How to link Aadhaar and PAN
Go to the Income Tax website incometax.gov.in
Then click on 'Link Aadhaar'.
There you will see the option of login. If you have not registered, please register first and log in.
Enter your date of birth along with your PAN number and user ID.
Enter the date of birth as printed on the Aadhaar card.
After this go to the profile setting of your account.
Here click on the Aadhaar Card Link option.
Now enter the Aadhaar number and captcha code.
You will see the option of the Aadhaar link below. Click on it.
After this, your PAN card will be linked to Aadhaar.
