UPI is used to transfer money from one bank account to another. On the other hand, if we talk about UPI Lite, then the money is transferred from the UPI Lite wallet to the bank account of the recipient.
With the help of UPI, you can do a maximum of 20 transactions in a day and transfer up to Rs 2 lakh. On the other hand, if we talk about UPI Lite, then through this you can do a total transaction of up to 4 thousand rupees in a day.
At the same time, transactions of up to Rs 200 can be done at a time. To transfer money through UPI, you need to enter the UPI PIN.
On the other hand, there is no need to enter any type of PIN to send money through UPI Lite. UPI facility is available on more than 300 banks and payment apps in the country. Whereas the facility of UPI Lite is being provided by only 9 banks.
