Fine flour

Refined sugar
The commonly used white sugar at home is called refined sugar. From sweets, tea, and kheer to syrup, we use it carelessly, but it can cause obesity, diabetes, cancer, hormonal imbalance, and heart diseases.

White rice
White rice eaten daily at home can spoil our health, it contains a lot of calories and carbs, as well as it does not provide enough nutrition to the body. It is better that you can eat brown rice instead.

White salt
According to the health standard, we should eat only 4 grams of salt in a day, but we use it a lot in the food items of daily life. The sodium present in it becomes the cause of high blood pressure and heart disease. Also, this is not good for asthma patients. Instead of this, you should use pink salts.
