Take care of the soil.
The soil plays the most important role in the growth of the plant. In such a situation, loosen the soil from time to time in the winter season so that the roots can breathe. If the soil has become hard, then add some manure to it, so that moisture remains in it.

Use organic fertilizer

To nourish basil in winter, add organic fertilizer (such as cow dung manure or vermicompost) every 15-20 days. This will also protect your plant from drying. Along with this, the plant also becomes strong due to manure.

Cut the leaves
If your plant has started drying, then cut the dry or withered leaves immediately in the initial days. By doing this, new and healthy leaves start growing in the plant.

Use lukewarm water
