Rules for offering water to Tulsi Mata
- In Sanatan Dharma, it is prohibited to offer water to Tulsi on Sunday. Along with this, breaking Tulsi Dal is also prohibited on Sunday and Ekadashi. Therefore, do not offer water to Tulsi even by mistake on Sunday. If water is offered to the Tulsi plant on Sunday, then financial problems may have to be faced.
It is enshrined in religious scriptures that water should be offered to Tulsi only after sunrise. At the same time, water should not be offered to Tulsi Mata after sunset.
- If you want to get happiness and prosperity, then do chant Tulsi Mantra while giving water to Tulsi. At this time chant the following mantra-
