A survey conducted by the online hotel booking platform Oyo revealed that Manali and Goa are the first choices of tourists.
92 percent of the people involved in the survey are planning to visit different places in the country. In this survey conducted by the OYO app, questions were asked to 15,000 people across the country. The survey found that short trips and destinations with a stay of 1-3 days are most preferred.
As far as destinations are concerned, mountains are the most preferred destination with 30 percent of votes, followed by beaches with 26 percent of votes, Oyo said in a statement. The company said that Manali is the most preferred hill station in India. It is followed by Kashmir, Mcleodganj, Ooty, and Coorg.
