1. Raita of Kumaon
The delicious taste of Kumaoni Raita not only enhances the taste of the food, but it is also sour and spicy in the food. Raita of Kumaon is preferred in Garhwal-Kumaon as it is equally delicious. In Garhwal, it is called Relu. To make Kumaoni Raita, the mustard powder is mixed in an earthen or wooden vessel and kept for curd for a day or two. 2. Flax Chutney
