Material :
Rice flour - 2 cups, Cumin - 1 tbsp, Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp, Black pepper - 1/2 tsp, Salt - as per taste, Ghee - 3 tbsp, Moong dal - 2 tbsp (soaked in water for 30 minutes), Urad dal - 2 tbsp (soaked in water for 1 hour), curry leaves - 1 tbsp, coriander chopped - 2 tbsp, ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp, water - as needed, oil - for frying
Method :
Mix rice flour, cumin, sesame seeds, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl.
First, mix them with dry hands, then add ghee to them and mix it well once more. Now mix urad dal and moong dal in it. Along with this add curry leaves, coriander, ginger-garlic paste, and green chilies.
After adding all the ingredients, knead the dough with the help of water. Keep in mind that lukewarm water has to be used for kneading the dough.
Keep it covered for a while so that it sets well.
Now apply oil in your hands and make small balls out of it with the help of your hands, make it very thin from the edges and middle, so that it will become very crispy and crispy.
Put the oil in the pan to heat up. Fry these papdis in it till they become light golden from both sides.
After cooling slightly, store them in an air-tight container. Enjoy with tea.
