To prepare this High Tea recipe, preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. Now, place 1 puff pastry sheet on a flat surface, and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar on it. Now roll out the puff pastry sheet with the help of a rolling pin. Sprinkle 3 tbsp of sugar on the rolled pastry sheet and start folding the sheet towards the centre.
Once done, using a knife, roll and shape from a pastry sheet. Cut into slices about an inch thick. Sprinkle cinnamon on each slice with the remaining sugar. Brush each piece with melted butter and place them on a baking tray.
Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the pastry for 15-20 minutes or until it turns golden brown in color. Once done, take it out of the oven and let it cool down. Serve them with a cup of coffee or tea to enjoy! You can also keep them in a glass jar to eat later.
