Ingredients:
- 2 eggs,
- 2 egg whites,
- 2 tbsp water,
- 2 tbsp grated cheese,
- 2 green chilies finely chopped,
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped,
- 1 green onion finely chopped,
- 2 tbsp oil,
- salt,
- and 4 fresh toast
Method :
- Beat the egg and egg white together.
- Beat the egg once again by adding salt and green chilies to it.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add egg mixture to it. Add onion, tomato, and green coriander on top and after half cooked, add cheese on top.
- When the omelet becomes golden and the cheese melts, take it off the flame and serve it with toast.
