Often people resort to allopathy medicines for quick recovery but it is said that Ayurvedic and homeopathy medicines can eliminate any disease from its root. Many people trust homoeopathy medicines and take them on the advice of homoeopathy doctors for the treatment of many diseases. At the same time, many people feel that homeopathy medicines have slow effects and hence they avoid taking these medicines.

Many people also believe that a lot of caution has to be taken with homoeopathy medicines. Is it so? We talked to Dr. Saurabh Bali about the correct way to take homoeopathic medicines and what things should be kept in mind while taking them. The correct way to take homoeopathy medicines

  • Do not eat or drink anything 30 minutes before and after taking homoeopathy medicine. This gives full time for the medicine to take effect in the body.
  • Consume homoeopathy medicines only in bottle caps or spoons.
  • Do not do things like tea, coffee, or smoking before or immediately after taking homoeopathy medicine. These things react with homoeopathy medicines.
  • How to take medicines, how much gap to keep in it, how many pills to take, whatever things have been told by your physician, follow them properly.
  • These medicines should be kept away from direct sunlight.
  • Do not keep the medicine bottle in the open.
  • After taking the medicine, close the bottle tightly.

Keep these things in mind while taking homoeopathy medicine

  • It is often believed that homeopathy medicine pills get spoiled by touching them with hands but according to experts, if you touch them with clean hands, then this does not happen.
  • However, you should try to take homoeopathy medicines only in bottle caps or spoons.
  • You cannot eat raw onion or non-veg during homoeopathy treatment, this is also a myth. There are some homoeopathy medicines with which it is advised to avoid raw onion and non-veg, but this is not the case with all medicines.
  • Homoeopathy medicines cannot be taken in an emergency, because they have delayed effect, it is not so. Homoeopathy medicines show effects even in an emergency. Its effect also depends on whether you are taking it for any disease; in chronic diseases it can have a delayed effect.
  • Homeopathy medicines can also be taken during pregnancy. Many people believe that it is not safe to take them during pregnancy, but in reality, it is not so. But taking some medicines during pregnancy is not right. Therefore, take medicine only as per expert advice.
  • Homeopathy medicines can be taken along with allopathy or any other medicine. But you should take the doctor's advice regarding how to take it and how much gap should be maintained.
