Diet to reduce belly fat

To reduce belly fat, eat food properly. First eat fiber, protein and then carbs. Due to this, blood sugar levels will not spike after eating food and the sugar level will remain balanced. Also, the stomach will remain full for a long time and you will not feel hungry immediately after eating.

Walk for 5-10 minutes after eating

Sitting after eating is the main reason for belly fat. Therefore, walk for at least 5-10 minutes after eating food. With this, food moves through the digestive system and gets digested easily. There is no bloating, gas or indigestion after eating.

Drink lukewarm water

If you drink lukewarm water about half an hour after eating food, it reduces belly fat easily. Drinking water with food and immediately after eating should be avoided. But drinking water half an hour after eating is beneficial.
