Ingredients required

  • Ragi flour- 1 bowl
  • Nuts and seeds (cashews, almonds, walnuts) – a handful
  • Jaggery powder- half bowl
  • Desi Ghee- 1 tbsp

Method to prepare and use

  • Dry roast nuts and seeds.
  • Grind them and keep them aside.
  • Add desi ghee and ragi flour to the pan.
  • Fry it well.
  • Now add jaggery powder to it.
  • Let it cool and prepare laddus.
  • Eat 1-2 laddus for breakfast.
  • You can eat it any time of the day.
