Poha - 1 cup
Potato - 1
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1/2

First of all, wash the poha thoroughly twice in clean water. Clean it by putting it in a strainer, so that the water drains well. Put poha in a vessel. Boil the potatoes and remove the peel. Chop onion and tomato finely. Now add potatoes, onions, and tomatoes to the poha and mix. Add red chili powder, chaat masala, salt, and coriander leaves to it and mix well.

Mash the potatoes well. Now give it a round or long shape with your hands and keep it on a plate. Wrap all the cutlets in rice flour and keep them. Heat oil in a pan.
