Papaya leaf
Papaya leaf can prove to be very helpful in increasing platelets. Papaya leaves contain compounds like antioxidants, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and papain, which not only boost immunity but also help in increasing platelet count. For this, wash papaya leaves and grind them in a mixer. Filter them and drink. Its taste seems bitter but it can help you recover faster.
Pomegranate juice
Pomegranate juice can also be consumed. It increases red blood cells, which also boosts platelet count. It has antioxidant properties that help you fight diseases. It is an excellent source of iron which increases blood and speeds up recovery.
Spinach
Experts recommend eating spinach greens rich in vitamin K to increase platelets. Folate is also found in spinach which helps in the formation of red blood cells in the body. Dengue patients can include spinach vegetables, soup, and juice in their diet.
Beetroot
