Make balanced timetable

Many times stress also starts due to studying for long hours. When we study together for a long time, we get mental stress and stress increases. Try studying with the gap. Intermittent use of Gapelene is less likely to cause stress.

Don't think too much

How will the numbers come? How will the paper be? How many marks will you get? What will happen next? All these questions keep running in the mind of a student which should be avoided. A child should just focus on his studies. Thinking increases stress and performance is also bad.

Sleep is a great need of our body. Due to lack of sleep, we have to face many problems like a headache. In such a situation, we are studying but our mind does not allow us to read, due to which there is a problem.
