Take care of hygiene when going to the toilet
The vagina should be cleaned properly during menstruation. If you do not take care of vaginal hygiene then you are more likely to get infections like UTI. In such a situation, take special care of hygiene while going to the toilet.
Use natural ingredients for vaginal wash

Eat fruit milk
