Apple's iOS 17.0.3 update has resolved the phone overheating problem by fixing all the security patches and bugs. This new update is 423MB in size and can be found in your phone's Settings.

To keep your device from overheating, keep it in the temperature range between -4º to 113ºF (-20º to 45ºC). Additionally, avoid leaving your phone in the car, as the temperature inside a parked car may exceed this limit.
