Many people drink tea mixed with lemon. But let us tell you that taking tea and lemon together can spoil your health. Therefore one should avoid drinking tea like this. Lemon contains Vitamin C. Caffeine is present in tea. Together these two reduce each other's effect. Not only this, the trace elements found in tea and lemon acid together cause harm. Due to this, you may have stomach-related problems. This can cause stomach irritation and cramps.

2. Do not eat things containing turmeric
You must know that tea contains caffeine which gives energy after drinking. On the other hand, if you consume anything containing turmeric with tea, it worsens your health. Because turmeric is hot. In such a situation, if we eat something containing turmeric with tea, it may increase the heat in the body. Due to this, you may have problems like sweating or dizziness. Due to this, you may also have the problem of gas formation.

3. Fried Snacks
People like tea and pakodas very much during the rainy season. Often people like to eat fried foods with tea. But pagodas are especially deep-fried, hence they can harm you with tea. The gram flour present in pakodas prevents the nutrients from being absorbed into the body. Due to this problems like stomach ache and constipation can occur.
