Mobile phones have become an important part of our daily lives, nowadays we cannot even imagine our lives without them, but sometimes it is considered a bad addiction because often some people unnecessarily check the notifications again and again. The disease has been spread, but it also has its disadvantages.
Why is it bad to use a mobile during a morning walk?
The addiction to a mobile phone has become so prevalent in us that we do not desist from using it even during the morning walk, but doing so while walking in the morning can prove to be harmful. Let us know why mobile should not be used during morning walks.
1. Body posture will be bad
While walking in the morning, our focus should be on keeping our waist straight, but while using mobile, we unknowingly have to bend a little, which affects the spinal cord and also spoils the body posture.
2. There may be back pain
If we see mobile phone notifications again and again during morning walks, our body posture deteriorates which will later turn into back pain, hence it is better to keep the cell phone in our pocket while walking.
3. There may be pain in the muscles
When we walk, we have to move both hands up and down, by doing this the muscles of our hands are exercised, but when we use mobile with one hand and move the other hand up and down, then the balance of the muscles is disturbed. Worsens which can later turn into muscle pain.
4. Concentration is disturbed
While doing morning walks, our entire focus should be on working out, but while using a mobile phone, our attention gets distracted and concentration starts losing. Remember that you will get the full benefit of any exercise only when you do it wholeheartedly.
