3. In the morning or the evening, whenever we drink tea, we also eat salty snacks along with it, generally this combination is not considered good for health, because oily and salty food increases weight.

4. If you drink unaccounted tea throughout the day, then it can cause great harm to your health, you should consume this beverage only 2 times in 24 hours.

5. Green tea is seen as a better option. If you drink green tea twice a day instead of tea with milk and sugar, it will be easier to burn fat.
