Ingredients required to make Ajwain Paratha-
2 cups wheat flour
2 tsp ajwain
Desi ghee/oil as required
Salt to taste
How to make Ajwain Paratha?
To make Ajwain Paratha, first of all, take a mixing bowl.
Then add wheat flour, a pinch of salt, and celery to it and mix.
After this, add one spoon of desi ghee to it and mix it well.
Then add lukewarm water as required and knead the dough.
After this, keep the kneaded dough covered for about 10 minutes.
Then knead it once more and make medium-sized balls.
After this, heat a nonstick pan/tawa on medium heat.
Then you roll the balls like a paratha and put them on a hot griddle.
After this, apply oil on both sides and bake the paratha till it becomes golden.
