Method of making Naan roti without tandoor
Step 1- To make Naan roti at home, mix flour, a pinch of salt and powdered sugar in a bowl.
Step 2- Now add curd and baking soda to it and leave it for two minutes.
Step 3- Later add oil and lukewarm water to the flour and knead the dough softly.
Step 4- Add a little oil to the bowl and knead the dough again. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Step 5- Now make small balls of dough. Then roll it long and spread it by sprinkling finely chopped garlic and green coriander on it.
Step 6- Now flip the naan and apply some water on the other side and pat it with your fingers.
Step 7- Heat the pan upside down on the gas and put the naan in it in such a way that it sticks.
