The government runs many schemes for almost every section of society, for the poor and the needy. Through these schemes, people are given financial benefits, subsidies essential goods, etc. For example, farmers are given financial benefits under the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. An installment of Rs 2-2 thousand is given every four months i.e. a total benefit of Rs 6 thousand is given to the farmers annually. When can the installment money be released?
Till now eligible farmers have received 16 installments of money. On 28 February 2024, Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself released this money through DBT. During this period, installments were sent to the bank accounts of about 9 crore eligible farmers.
At the same time, now the next turn is for the 17th installment. According to media reports, after the formation of the new government in June, this installment may be released in the last week of June or the first week of July. However, no official information has been revealed yet.

To get the benefit of installment, it is mandatory to get land verification done. If you are associated with PM Kisan Yojana, then you will have to get this work done. At the same time, if you do not get this done, you may be deprived of the benefit of installment.
On the other hand, to avail of the benefit of installment, it is also mandatory to get an e-KYC done. If you do not get this work done, your installment may get stuck.
