Many guavas are available in the market in the winter season. In such a situation, if you are bored of eating guava, then this time you can make sour, sweet, and spicy guava chutney.
Material :
1-2 seeded Guava
50 grams of coriander leaves
2-3 green chilies
a piece of ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
half tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
black salt as per taste
Method :
First of all, cut a ripe guava and take out all the middle of it.
Now wash coriander leaves, green chilies, and ginger thoroughly with water.
After this, grind all these ingredients together in a mixer.
Now add cumin powder, ginger, salt, black salt, and lemon juice to it.
After this, once again mix all these well and grind them.
Sour, sweet, and spicy guava chutney is ready.
It can be eaten with rice, roti, puri, or paratha.
