Many people also have the problem of dead skin in winter, due to which blackness starts appearing in the skin. Although skin tanning is also a big problem in the winter season, due to dead skin the skin not only looks black but also becomes dull and rough.

This also affects your beauty. Therefore, you should take special care of some things while bathing in winter. Today we will tell you some rules for bathing in winter, which you might have heard about before and by adopting these rules, your skin will look glowing and soft even in winter. We talked to beauty expert Dr Bharti Taneja about this topic. She says, 'Due to dryness, the problem of dead skin occurs in winter. Therefore, you must clean your skin regularly. For this, you can clean your skin by using some household items while bathing.

Use milk

Although milk has many properties, it is a natural exfoliator and due to the presence of fatty acids in it, it has the properties to deeply moisturize the skin. In such a situation, if you mix 1 glass of milk in bathing water, the layer of dead skin stuck on your skin will also be removed and if the skin is getting dry, it will become deeply moisturized. Not only this, milk also has bleaching properties, which brightens the skin. You have to keep in mind that you add only raw milk to the bathing water.

Use sugar

First of all, you should change your soap and use glycerin soap instead of caustic soap. Along with this, you can make body scrub for yourself at home. Mix large granulated sugar in honey and then scrub the entire body with it. You can also make a body scrub by mixing coffee powder with aloe vera gel. Keep in mind that you have to first soak the body with water and then apply the scrub on it. If you use the scrub without wetting the skin, it can be harsh on the skin and can harm it. Not only this, you should not use body scrub every day while bathing. Doing this can make your skin dry.

Use curd and turmeric

Prepare a paste by adding a pinch of turmeric to curd and after using the body scrub, rub it on the entire body. After this, clean the body with water. Curd also has exfoliating, bleaching and moisturizing properties, which provide deep nourishment to the skin. You can also use curd and turmeric paste daily. This will also work as body polishing for you.

Don't do this thing

Many people take hot towel treatment during the winter season but this should not be done because it causes dryness in the skin. You should give a hot oil massage to your body before bathing. You should do this regularly. Due to this, blood circulation in the body also remains good and the problem of dead skin also does not occur much.

You should not use too much pumice stone while bathing in the winter season. With its use, dead skin will be removed but the skin will become dry.

Note- If your skin is sensitive, then you should talk to a skin expert before adopting the home remedies mentioned above. Let us tell you that these remedies don't need to provide instant relief to your skin. If you take a bath with this method regularly, you will get a lot of benefits from it.
