Pineapple is a juicy fruit. It is rich in fiber, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, vitamin A, and vitamin C. Generally people consume pineapple in the form of salad, shake, or juice. Ingredients
1 cup diced pineapple
1/2 cup shredded coconut
2 tbsp ghee
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup custard powder

Recipe
- First of all, put 1 cup of sugar and one and a half cups water in a pan.
Then after the sugar melts completely and the mixture becomes slightly hot, turn off the gas.
- Keep in mind that you do not have to make syrup, just dissolve the sugar well in water.
- After this, put chopped coconut and pineapple pieces in a mixer jar.
Then grind both of them well and make a smooth mixture.
After this, filter the mixture thoroughly with the help of a strainer and extract the juice.
Then add custard powder to the juice and mix well.
- Add hot sugar mixture to it and mix well.
- Pour this mixture into a pan and cook on medium flame while stirring until it thickens.
- After this add 2 tablespoons of ghee and mix well.
Then when this mixture gets cooked and starts thickening, turn off the gas.
After this, take a plate or plate and grease it well with ghee.
Then immediately add the prepared mixture into it and spread it in equal thickness.
After this, keep it in the refrigerator to freeze for at least 1 hour.
Now tasty pineapple barfi is ready. Cut it into desired shapes and serve.
