Make Paneer Kheer like this

- To get a good texture of Paneer Kheer, grate the cheese.

- First of all, put the milk to boil on medium flame in a deep pan. Keep stirring it occasionally so that the milk does not stick to the bottom.

When the milk boils, slow down the flame and add grated cheese to it. Even after this, keep stirring continuously so that lumps do not form or burn.

- Because we want to make Paneer Kheer healthy, do not add sugar to it, instead use honey or jaggery.

- To enhance the taste of kheer, add cardamom powder and saffron threads to it.

- After adding paneer, cook the kheer on low flame for at least 10 minutes. So that all the things mix well and the cheese also becomes soft.

After this, turn off the gas and let the kheer cool down. Add chopped nuts on top.
