Ingredients
Mawa – 300 grams (one and a half cups)
Bura (Tagar) – 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cardamom - 10
Pistachios – 10 to 12

Recipe
-First of all, fry the mawa. For this, heat the pan and add mawa to it. If the mawa is soft then add it as is otherwise crumble it and add it.
- Add some ghee to the mawa and fry it while stirring with a ladle on low flame till it turns light pink.
- Let the roasted mawa cool down. Meanwhile, peel 4 cardamoms and make powder.


- Chop the pistachios also. Peel the remaining cardamom and take out the seeds. Add bora and cardamom powder to low-heat mawa and mix well.
The mixture is ready after mixing the mawa and bora.
- To make pedas, take a little mixture in your hands and make it round and flat with your hands and place it on the plate. Make all the trees like this.
- Place pistachios and 3-4 cardamom seeds on the pedas and press them with your hands. If you want, you can also use other dry fruits. Mawa pedas are ready.
