Material
Gram flour - 4 tbsp
Desi ghee - 1 tbsp
Milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Cardamom - 2 (crushed)
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1 tbsp

Method
1. First of all, put ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame.
2. After this, when the ghee starts melting, add gram flour to it.
3. Fry both things well. After this, slow down the gas and fry the gram flour lightly.
4. When the aroma starts coming from gram flour, add cardamom powder.
5. After adding cardamom, add turmeric, carom seeds, and jaggery and mix well.
6. Cook the mixture for at least 1 minute.
7. As soon as the mixture is cooked, add milk and stir the gram flour into the mixture with a ladle.
8. Keep stirring the mixture continuously. Keep in mind that no lump should remain.
9. Boil the lentils for 5 minutes and then turn off the gas after adding chopped coriander to the lentils.
10. Your delicious sheera is ready. Pour into a serving bowl and serve.
