Rice 3 tbsp
Ghee 1 tbsp
Full cream milk 2 liters
Saffron 1/2 tsp
Thandai powder 3 tbsp
Sugar 1/4 cup

How to make Thandai Phirni?
To make Thandai Phirni, you must first wash the rice thoroughly.
Then you keep them soaked for about 30-40 minutes.
After this, put the rice in a blender and blend it well.
Then put ghee in a pan and keep it for heating.
After this, add milk to it and cook it while stirring slowly till it boils.
Then add rice, thandai powder, and saffron to it.
After this, cook it on low flame for about 35-40 minutes till it becomes thick.

Then turn off the gas, put it in a glass, and cool it in the fridge for about 3-4 hours.
Now your delicious Thandai Phirni is ready.
