To make coconut shikanji, mix 1 cup coconut water, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, a pinch of black salt, 1 tsp ginger juice, 2 to 3 lemons, and mineral water. To make coconut shikanji, first start by making a jar. Then take out fresh coconut water in it.

Then add powdered sugar and mix well. Then add mineral water and lemon to another glass and stir. Add coconut water and mix well. Cool the prepared mixture by keeping it in the fridge for about 2-3 hours. Tasty Coconut Shikanji is ready. Then serve black salt and mint leaves.
