The World Stroke Organization and the Lancet Neurology Commission said in the study, that stroke deaths in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) could increase from 86 percent to 91 percent by 2050.

B (Be watchful) Beware of sudden loss of balance.
E (Eyes Problem) Sudden loss of vision in one or both eyes or experience of double vision.
F (Face) Ask the person to smile, and check for muscle weakness or paralysis on one or both sides of the face.
A (Arms) The muscles of a person suffering from stroke often become weak on one side. Ask them to raise their hands. If there is weakness in them, the hand suddenly becomes loose and falls, then be careful.
S(Speak). Due to stroke, a person often loses the ability to speak. They may have difficulty speaking or may have problems with their voice getting stuck.
T (Time) If such problems are occurring then it is time that you immediately go to the doctor and seek help.
