People enjoy it by making jokes. This is a foreign dish and its Indian version is also being liked very much. It is easy to make and it is ready in minutes. Children often demand to eat something tasty. In such a situation, you can rely on Veg Spring Roll. We believe that this homemade dish will not only win the hearts of children but adults will also become crazy about it.
Ingredients
Flour – 1 cup
Onion – 1/2 cup
Cabbage – 1 cup
Capsicum – 1/2 cup
Boiled noodles – 1/2 cup
Chili sauce – 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
Garlic finely chopped – 2 tsp
Ginger finely chopped – 1 tsp
Grated carrots – 1 cup
Oil – 1 tablespoon
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
- First of all chop onion, garlic, ginger, and capsicum finely.
After this, cut the cabbage into long pieces and grate the carrots.
- Now put oil in a pan and heat it. When the oil becomes hot, add ginger and garlic to it and fry them for some time.
- After this add finely chopped onion and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add chopped capsicum and cook it on high flame for 1 minute.
Now add carrots and cabbage and cook. Add boiled noodles to this mixture and cook for 3-4 minutes while mixing well with the help of a spoon.
- During this time keep stirring the noodles also. Now add chili sauce, tomato ketchup, and salt, and mix all the ingredients well. Stuffing is ready.
Now divide the stuffing in equal proportions and keep it aside. Knead the flour, roll out the roti, and fry it lightly.
- Place this roti in a flat dry place and place a portion of the stuffing in one corner.
After this, roll it into three-fourths and fold it one by one from both sides towards the center.
- After this, roll it completely and seal its edges with flour-water mixture. Similarly, prepare rolls with all the stuffing.
Now take a non-stick pan add oil to it and heat it on medium flame.
When the oil becomes hot, add veg spring rolls to it and deep fry them.
Fry them until they become golden all around.
After this, take them out on a plate and cut the roll diagonally into three equal pieces.
