To remove gas and bloating, eat this thing mixed with ghee

To improve digestion, and remove gas and bloating, you have to fry garlic in ghee and eat it with lukewarm water. Ghee improves digestion. Helps balance Vata and Pitta doshas. Garlic increases the agni of the stomach and reduces the vatadosha.

Home remedy for Gas and Bloating

Ingredients required

  • Garlic- 1 clove
  • Ghee - 1/2 tsp
  • Water- 200 ml.

Method to prepare use

  • Thinly chop the garlic
  • In a pan add ghee and chopped garlic.
  • Now fry it on turmeric flame for 1-2 minutes.
  • Take it in the morning with about 1 cup of lukewarm water.
