Diabetic patients are always advised to eat healthy food, if they consume any unhealthy food then the blood sugar level will increase suddenly. Especially non-vegetarian foods like red meat and processed meat are like poison for diabetic patients, it increases cholesterol which causes many problems. Vegetarian things are very healthy for diabetic patients because it does not worsen their health. If you drink certain types of vegetarian soups, it can help a lot in reducing glucose levels.

Drinking these vegetarian soups will reduce blood sugar levels.
1. Tomato Soup

To prepare tomato soup, take tomato soup, half spoon red chili, salt as per taste, and one spoon crushed garlic. Now put a pan on the gas and add one cup of water to it, add all the ingredients, and cook well. Now cook the mixture on low flame. Then remove it from the gas and wait for it to cool down. Now blend the mixture in a mixer grinder. Now once again heat it on gas add black salt and serve in a bowl.

2. Red Lentil Soup
You must have consumed Masool dal many times, but have you ever drank its soup? For this, take soaked lentils, onion, carrot, and capsicum put them all in a pan with water, and cook for 10 minutes. Finally, add parsley leaves on top for flavor. After mixing completely, blend it and serve in a bowl.

3. Mushroom Soup
Blood sugar levels can be reduced by drinking mushroom soup. For this, take one cup of mushroom, one spoon of wheat flour, half a cup of low-fat milk, half a cup of chopped onion, one spoon of oil, and salt as per taste. Now place the pan on the gas and fry the onion on low flame. Now put half a cup of water in the pan along with all the ingredients. Switch off the gas after cooking for 6 to 7 minutes. Now add this mixture to the milk and blend it. Now add cooking oil to a pan cook this mixture on low flame and take it out in a bowl and serve.
