Have dinner 2-3 hours before sleeping
For good sleep, you should have dinner 2-3 hours before sleeping. Especially, if you are troubled by PCOS, then take special care of this because in PCOS, problems related to digestion occur more quickly. If you have dinner 2-3 hours before sleeping, your body gets enough time to digest the food and you get complete rest.
Do not consume caffeine after the evening
Pay attention to caffeine intake for good sleep. Especially if you have PCOS, caffeine can disrupt sleep to a great extent. Therefore, do not take caffeine drinks like tea or coffee after 4 pm. According to experts, if you take about 400 mg of caffeine 3-6 hours before sleeping, it can make it difficult to sleep.
Take sunlight
Sunlight is also important for good sleep. Morning sunlight has a great impact on our sleep-wake cycle. This provides the body with the necessary elements to produce melatonin. Therefore, take sunlight for at least half an hour in the morning.
