How to get rid of white discharge
Rice water is very beneficial in removing white discharge or leucorrhoea. It is called Tandulodak in Ayurveda. It is rich in starch and essential anti-oxidants, which are good for our health. The properties of rice water have been considered in Ayurveda.
Prepare a drink like this for white discharge
- You take about 1 bowl of rice.
- Wash it once.
- Now soak it in water about 8 times.
- Keep it covered in an earthen pot or stainless steel bowl for 2-6 hours.
- Now mash the soaked rice well.
- Do this for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then filter it.
- Drink it sip by sip throughout the day.
- This water can be kept for 6-8 hours.
- Prepare new rice water for daily drinking.

You can use any type of rice to make rice water. Chunked rice can also be taken. Red rice would be better. One-year-old rice can also be used. White rice can also be taken. Rice should be raw and if unpolished, even better.
