1. Start your morning with soaked nuts

2. Stay hydrated

Include hydrating beverages like coconut water, herbal tea or lemonade in your daily routine. Proper hydration is very important for skin elasticity and glow.

3. Cleanse your face twice a day

It is very important to cleanse your face regularly to remove dirt, pollution and excess oil. Wash your face at least twice a day, or up to three times if you have oily skin or sweat a lot.

4. Never skip sunscreen

Protecting your skin from harmful UV rays is very important to prevent premature ageing. Apply a generous amount (about two fingers) of sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher every time you step out.

5. Prioritise night care
