Packet food
Packet foods are very processed which makes them poisonous for health. Nutritionists say that processed foods contain refined sugar, artificial adulteration, and unhealthy fats, which can cause inflammation in your intestine and weaken it. Due to this a decline in the quality of the skin can be seen.

Refined Sugar
According to experts, consuming refined sugar in large quantities works to increase your insulin and your blood sugar. Due to this collagen in the skin starts decreasing and the effect of age starts appearing on the face very fast.

Fried food
Fried food produces free radicals which have a direct impact on the aging process of your skin. It can cause more inflammation in your intestine and spoil your skin.
