Sawan 2023: The holy month of Sawan is going on. This time Sawan will last for 2 months. This whole month is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is believed that worshiping Lord Shiva in the month of Sawan along with chanting mantras and performing Jalabhishek fulfills one's wishes. It is believed that by worshiping Lord Shiva in Sawan, one gets rid of fear, disease, and happiness and peace in the house.
By the way, Panchamrit is used in the worship of all the deities. But it is very dear to Mahadev. Offering Panchamrit to Mahadev in Savan is considered to be of special importance. Devotees anoint Lord Shiva with Panchamrit. So let's know how to make it.
Material
5-6 tbsp curd, 1 tbsp ghee, 2 cups milk, 1 tsp dry fruits, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1 tbsp honey, 4-5 basil leaves.
Recipe
First of all, wash the utensil thoroughly and wipe it with a clean cloth.
Now add milk, curd, ghee, honey, and sugar to it.
Churn all these ingredients well.
If you want, you can also use a grinder to churn it.
Now put basil leaves in it and also add chopped dry fruits.
Panchamrit is ready.
Do Jalabhishek of Lord Shiva with this.
Panchamrit is made from five holy things. Five nectar elements – milk, curd, ghee, honey, and sugar are used to make it. It is used for the consecration of God.
