How to make Rice Bhajiya
Take out the left over rice in a bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients in this rice only. Which includes gram flour, finely chopped green chilies, finely chopped green coriander, asafoetida, grated ginger, finely chopped onion, turmeric, chili, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder and carom seeds. Mix all these and keep the rice covered for some time. Leave this mixture for at least ten minutes. You have to keep in mind that the mixture should be made in such a way that the rice is mashed in it.
After ten minutes, prepare a solution of the mixture by adding some water. If needed, more gram flour can be added. But the mixture should be such that it is neither too thin nor too thick. When the batter is ready, keep the oil in the pan to heat.
Take out the rice batter like a pakoda and put it in the oil. Have to do this till then. These bhajis have to be fried till they turn golden in colour. Rice Bhajiyas are ready, they can be eaten with chutney or sauce.
