Sweets hold a special place in our hearts. Sweets have even greater importance, especially during festivals. Kesar Mishri Mawa is a famous sweet of Rajasthan that will make your mouth water as soon as you eat it. Today we are going to tell you about the recipe to make it at home.

Material:

Milk - 1 liter

Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup

Sugar candy - 1/4 cup

Saffron - a pinch

Cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon

Ghee - 1 teaspoon

Pistachios - 1 teaspoon

Instruction:

Take a big pan and heat milk in it until it boils. Let it cook on low flame and cook till it thickens.

Mix powdered sugar, cardamom powder, a pinch of saffron, and ghee in condensed milk. Mix well.

Cook the mixture on low flame for about 5 minutes while stirring continuously until it thickens.

When the mixture becomes thick, turn off the flame and let it cool.

After it cools down, add sugar candy to the mixture and stir well.

Pour the mixture into a pan and let it cool in the refrigerator.

When it cools down, garnish it with saffron and pistachios. If you want, you can also add your favorite dry fruits.
