Eggs are a favorite of many people, and they can be used to prepare various dishes like egg bhurji, boiled eggs, egg curry, and more. If you are fond of eggs then you must try Egg Manchurian. Let's know the recipe.
Ingredients for Egg Manchurian:
5 boiled eggs
Half cup flour
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp red chilli ketchup
2 onions
2 green chillies
Salt as per taste and red chilli powder
Oil as required
Instructions to make Egg Manchurian:
To make Egg Manchurian, first, boil the eggs. Fill a saucepan with 2 cups hot water and add the eggs. The eggs will be ready in about 15 minutes. After boiling, peel the eggs and cut them in half. Separate the white part from the yolk and cut the white part into pieces.
Next, take egg halves and dip them in a mixture of flour, salt, and red chili powder. Coat them well in the mixture and mash them with your hands to make small Manchurian balls. In a separate bowl, mix 3 tablespoons flour with 2 tablespoons eggs.
Add prepared Manchurian balls to this mixture and coat well. Heat oil in a pan and fry the Manchurian balls until golden brown. Then heat some oil in a separate pan and fry the chopped green chilies and onions lightly.
Now add red chili ketchup, soya sauce, and vinegar to the pan. Mix well and then add Manchurian Balls. Fry them while stirring until they are well coated with sauce. Take them out on a serving plate and garnish with sesame seeds.
