This time you can surprise your family or friends with delicious semolina kheer instead of normal sweets. Semolina kheer is very easy to make, and it is very tasty. Today, we are sharing an easy sooji kheer recipe for you to try.
Semolina Kheer Ingredients
4 tbsp semolina
2 cups milk
2 tbsp ghee
4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cashew nuts 1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp
almonds
1 tbsp pistachios
1 tsp finely ground green cardamom
Semolina Kheer Recipe
Start by heating a pan on the stove. When hot, add 1 tablespoon of ghee to the pan. Then fry cashews, pistachios, almonds, and raisins in ghee for about 3 minutes. After this, turn off the flame and take out the fried dry fruits from the pan.
Now place another pan on the stove and heat it. Add the remaining ghee to this pan. When the ghee is hot, add semolina to it and fry it on low flame.
After frying the semolina till it turns golden brown, add milk and sugar to it. Stir well and let it cook until the mixture thickens.
When the kheer reaches your desired consistency, add fried dry fruits to it.
Finally, add crushed green cardamom and let it cook for an additional two minutes.
Your sooji kheer is now ready to serve and enjoy your guests or family.
