Aloo Chaat is a popular Indian street food snack made with boiled potatoes, spices, and chutney. It is a delicious and tangy dish that is perfect as an appetizer or evening snack. Here we have brought you the recipe for making Aloo Chaat.

Ingredients:

2 large potatoes, boiled, peeled, and cut into small cubes

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small tomato, finely chopped

1 green chili, finely chopped

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1 tbsp tamarind chutney

1 tbsp Mint chutney

1 tsp chaat masala

1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder

1/4 tsp red chili powder

salt to taste

sev for garnish

lemon wedges for serving

Instruction:

In a mixing bowl, add boiled and chopped potatoes, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves.

Put tamarind chutney and mint chutney in the bowl, and mix well to coat the potatoes and vegetables.

Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt over the mixture. Mix everything until the spices are evenly coated in all the potatoes.

Taste the aloo chaat and adjust the seasoning by adding more chutney, spices, or salt if required.

Take out the aloo chaat in a serving plate or bowl.

Garnish the chaat by sprinkling sev on top.

Serve Aloo Chaat immediately, garnished with some more coriander and lemon slices.

Squeeze a little fresh lemon juice on the chaat before eating it for extra citrus flavor.
