Today we have brought the recipe of Spicy Potato Sandwich for you. To make this you will need boiled potatoes, peas, bread, and some common spices which are usually found in everyone's kitchen. Let's learn the recipe for the Aloo Masala Sandwich.

Material

Bread (4 slices)

Boiled peas (1/4 cup)

Potato (1 large, boiled)

Onion (1 small)

Green chutney (2 tbsp)

Tomato ketchup (2 tbsp)

Chaat masala (1/2 tsp)

Black pepper (1/4 tsp)

Garam masala powder (1/4 tsp)

Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)

Salt as per taste

To prepare the potato filling for the sandwich, first make a paste of boiled peas, chopped onions, chaat masala, red chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, and salt in a bowl.

To make a sandwich, spread 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup on a slice of bread. Spread 1 tbsp green chutney on the other piece.

Then spread the prepared potato paste on one of the bread slices.

Place the second bread slice on top and press gently.

Using a sandwich maker or a griddle on the stove, grill the sandwiches until brown on both sides.

In this way, your spicy potato sandwich will be ready. You can enjoy it with tea or coffee.
