Ingredients for Banana Kheer:
4 bananas
50 grams of cashew nuts
10 grams almonds
chopped pistachios
Half liter milk
8-10 saffron threads
300 grams sugar
20 grams raisins
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon pomegranate seeds

Method to make Banana Kheer:

To make banana kheer, first cut four bananas into small pieces. Mash the remaining two bananas well. Make powder of cashew nuts and almonds. Cut the pistachios into fine pieces. Keep all these ingredients in separate plates.

After this, heat milk in a pan on medium flame. When the milk boils, add cashew powder to it and cook until the milk thickens. Then, add cardamom powder and mashed bananas. Add saffron and sugar, and cook until the mixture thickens, which will take about 5 minutes. Now your delicious banana kheer is ready.
Step 3
Kheer is ready. Take it out in a bowl and serve garnished with pomegranate seeds, almonds, and pistachios. Keep it in the fridge for half an hour, then enjoy the cold and delicious kheer.
