There was a time when people enjoyed ice cream only during the summer, but that's not the case anymore. Nowadays, ice cream is a year-round indulgence, and no one can get enough of it. Ice cream comes in different flavors, but today we are talking about delicious fruit ice cream. It is not very difficult to make at home and it tastes incredibly delicious.

Material:

1 liter - milk

2.5 cups - sugar

1.5 cups - milk powder

1/4 cup - fruit crush

1/2 cup - dry fruits

2 tbsp - tutti-frutti

1 cup - mixed fruits (eg, banana, grapes, mango, pomegranate, strawberry, etc.)

Recipe:

Start by heating milk in a saucepan over low heat.

Once the milk becomes hot, add milk powder and sugar to it. Stir well with a spoon until everything is mixed well.

Let the milk boil on low flame, stirring occasionally. It will take about 30-35 minutes for the milk to thicken. Keep stirring to avoid any lumps.

When the milk becomes thick, turn off the gas, take it out in a vessel, put it in an ice cream mold, and let it freeze for 5-6 hours.

Once the ice cream is frozen, take it out of the molds and transfer it to a glass or bowl.

Top it with finely chopped dry fruits, tutti-frutti, and wafers. Finally, garnish the ice cream with mixed fruits like banana, grapes, mango, pomegranate, strawberry, or any other fruit of your choice.
